Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Individual Therapy Services Scheduling an appointment constitutes an agreement to the terms outlined below, in accordance with our Informed Consent for Psychological Services, Telehealth Policy, and Financial Agreement. 1. Appointment Types & Scheduling Appointments may be scheduled for Individual Therapy (Telehealth or In-Person) for established clients only. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment upon booking. All appointments are scheduled in Central Time. 2. Fees & Estimates Therapy with Dr. Tedder is $180 per session. Payment is expected at the time of service. We are out-of-network providers and do not bill insurance directly. Superbills are available upon request for self-submission. 3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation/no-show fee: • $180 for therapy appointments 4. Credit Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to hold your appointment. By booking, you agree to the use of your card on file for payment of scheduled services, late cancellations, or no-show fees. 5. Confidentiality & Consent All appointments are bound by the terms outlined in the Informed Consent for Psychological Services. By booking, you acknowledge that: • You understand the scope and purpose of services • You agree to the privacy, communication, and cancellation terms • You will not record sessions • You agree to the financial responsibility and policies outlined 6. Telehealth Requirements (if applicable) Telehealth appointments are conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms, specifically Zoom. You must: • Use a webcam on a secure device • Be in a private, quiet location • Not attend sessions while driving or multitasking • Avoid screenshots, audio, or video recording under any circumstance Violation of these policies may result in termination of services. 7. Emergencies and After-Hours Contact We do not offer crisis services or on-call availability. For emergencies, please contact 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. 8. Acknowledgement By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to abide by the terms of this Booking Policy, which reflects and integrates the legal and clinical standards detailed in our Informed Consent and Practice Policies.
