15-Minute Consultation Call Policy Dr. Zackery A. Tedder offers a one-time, 15-minute phone consultation to determine whether services may be a good fit. This call is informational only and does not constitute the start of a therapeutic or forensic relationship. Consultation calls must be scheduled in advance and are intended for: • Brief questions about service offerings • Clarifying appropriateness of referrals • Determining next steps for potential collaboration This is not a clinical evaluation, diagnostic session, or space for therapeutic advice. If services move forward, additional scheduling and consent forms will be required.
